Have you ever wished you had a USB or 12-volt charger (or maybe both) at the helm? They’re pretty much standard on newer and fancier boats these days so we can charge up our precious smart devices while we cruise. But older boats and smaller boats? Not so much. Plus, many existing USB chargers found on boats are slower than modern chargers. To fill that hole, Scanstrut has introduced a new line of chargers: the Flip Pro lineup.

The line includes the Flip Pro Multi with two USBs and a 12-volt port all together, the Flip Pro Max with USB-A and USB-C ports, and the Flip Pro 12V Power Socket. These units are 12/24V compatible, have 316-grade stainless-steel hinges and springs, are UV-resistant, and are IPX4-rated when the cover is closed.
USBs deliver a fast charge with up to 60W on 24-volt systems and 32W on 12-volt systems and have an internal anti-corrosion coating. Installation is kept simple with a standard-size 1-1/8-inch barrel. A bezel is included and with just the power connections to wire up putting these in is simple. Plus, in addition to new installs, the units can be used to easily replace old or faulty chargers (on panels up to 1 inch thick. The 12-V Power Socket has a 1-1/4-inch barrel, can put out a whopping 150W of power, and features the same construction and internal corrosion protection. $22.96 for 12V only; $58.95 for Flip Pro Max; $74.95 for Flip Pro Multi.
