Bennington Marine refreshes its entry-level S and SV Series for 2024, adding comfort, technology, and new standard features.
The Bennington name has been synonymous with pontoon boats for the last quarter-century. A complete overhaul of the Indiana manufacturer’s lineup begins at the entry-level end with a refresh of its popular, family-friendly S and SV Series pontoon models as a part of its 2024 model launch.
More standard features and brighter color options make a good first impression. A redesigned helm features more leg room and a standard binnacle arm that provides fingertip control is a nice addition for an entry-level pontoon.
The SV Line of 16- to 24-footers can be configured for fishing, cruising – or both. The refreshed S Line of 16- to 25-foot boats features lumbar-supporting benches, and smaller additions like a wireless phone charger and lockable storage.
“Our customers will see that difference as we provide them with more choices and the highest performance across every area of their pontoon experience,” says Michael Shedivy, general manager of Bennington Marine.

The interior features a mix of premium Serene Soft Touch and Simtex vinyl. The swingback bench is new to the S and SV lines, allowing guests to sit facing the bow, while a lounge facing aft lets guests relax in comfort.
Bennington’s 2024 model year models offer expansions of a variety of customizable features across model lines, including the introduction of new optional packages such as the interior lighting package, exterior lighting package, and saltwater package with anodes and a fuel separator. Pricing starts at $31,657 for the 188SVL with a 60-hp Yamaha outboard.
