Grady-White builds a diverse fleet of 18- to 45-foot boats – center- and dual-consoles, express cruisers, walkarounds – all built to high standards of craftmanship and luxury, regardless of size. The North Carolina builder’s new Freedom 345 somehow retains the same features on its Freedom 415 on a downsized 34-foot dual-console, for about half the price.

The Freedom 345 is equally suitable for a day of entertaining family and friends in comfort, heading offshore for some serious fishing, or a couple’s cruising getaway. A newly designed windshield integrated into the hardtop for full protection (with walk-through glass to the bow) produces impressively clear sightlines for everyone on board.
The 11-foot, 7-inch beam is more than a foot wider than comparable 34-footers, and that extra width is put to good use with two cabins – a portside lounge that converts to a double berth, with air conditioning, a TV, and microwave oven.
To starboard is a private head compartment with sink, Corian countertop, and shower space. The big-boat features continue with dual cockpit dive doors for making a splash or hauling in big fish, and fuel fills on both port and starboard.
The spacious open bow is for riding and chilling, but the cockpit is dedicated to fishing and/or entertaining with a rigging station/wet bar with refrigerator drawer, grill, freshwater sink, trash bin, and storage drawers, rod holders all around and accessible, raw water washdowns for deck, and hot/cold shower at transom.
Yamaha Helm Master EX full maneuverability and hardtop integrated SureShade retractable awning are standard. Like all Gradys, the 345 is built on the builder’s proprietary smooth-riding SeaV2 continuously variable V-design hull. Designed for twin or triple Yamaha outboards up to 1,050 hp.
